اضطراب یکی از مشکلات مهم احساسی می باشد که باید کنترل شود

"I need to see a doctor about my anxiety problem."

بی قراربودن احساس راحتی نیست می خواهید فعالیتی داشته باشید اما هیچ کاری برای انجام دادن ندارید نشستن در یکجا برای این گونه افراد سخت است وباعث  انرژی منفی می شود

احساسی بودن

افرادی که احساساتشان به آسانی تغییر می کند افراد احساساتی هستند کسانی که خیلی تحت تاثیر مسایل مختلف قرار می گیرند

 وقتی افراد بیش از اندازه احساساتی باشند وعکس العمل های منفی از خودشان بروز دهند یه آنها psycho می گویند

"My last girlfriend was a psycho. She would get upset at nothing and start crying the next minute."

وقتی افرادی فقط در مورد موارد خاصی احساساتی می شوند به آنها فرد احساسی نمی گویند

 بعضی مواقع احساس ناراحتی تبدیل به احساس عصبانیت می شود برای مثال

افسردگی یک بیماری است که باید درمان شود مواردی که به پزشک می گویید
